Well, at least Putin, as president, DID SOMETHING and got a Nobel. Whereas Obama, as president, DID NOTHING and got the Nobel.

If it hadn’t been for the Crimea thing, I’d actually have approved of this. He effectively de-escalated the Syrian conflict and led to chemical disarmament while preventing the country from turning into the battlefield of a proxy war the US was pushing for.
