Yes, they were fake. I know now exactly how Beryl feels, and to be honest, I’d side with the Dark Kingdom. Evil is fun. Some of you noticed the URL in the last post; others were rightfully suspicious from the start.
But, at the very least, you can see these larger versions! I tried to create a mix of Naoko’s style with modern anime practices. There’s also a bonus fourth cap which didn’t turn out so hot.
The first and third images are based on scenes from the manga that didn’t appear in the original anime; Usagi smooching Luna in apology for stepping on her, from chapter 1, and Usagi meeting Mamoru on the bus, from chapter 3.

The other two scenes are ones I invented; a fake transformation sequence, and an intriguing meeting between Moon and V. What could they be talking about??
