Handmade Sailor Moon cosplay for my daughter. The skirt and bow are cotton, the arm bands and white band at the top of the skirt are stretch knit hand stuffed with polyester fluff, and were hand-sewn to the armholes and waist. The collar attaches with snaps and is removable.
Purchased items include the leotard, boots, broach, wand, and gloves.
