I want Cas to have an identity crisis this season. He’s no longer an Angel of the Lord, his grace is gone.
But when he finally admits to it, Dean’s pep talk consists of, “Who gives a shit. You’re still my angel.”
And the next time someone asks Cas who he is, he just says, “Castiel, Angel of the Righteous Man.”
