Also. I feel I need to add… Snyder’s cinematography isn’t so simple you can reduce it to just “dark”. It’s /high contrast/. Every single frame has lots of black but also bright white. It’s designed to look like it’s got heavy areas of ink in… Y'know. Like a comic book.
