If you bothered to look into it, that forum was actually people, mainly Jared Leto stans, making up fanfics of r*pe fantasies including Jared Leto due to the rumors of his “kinkyness” in bed. It was then posted to tumblr and spread out as fact when it was actually a first person r*pe fantasy fic. This has been debunked so many times. At least get your proof from a legit gossip site like TMZ or something instead of some never-heard-of third rate gossip page that cited TUMBLR as their source 😷😷😷
