I absolutely love the contrast between the Diana we see with Steve in the Wonder Woman trailer and the Diana we see with Bruce in Batman v Superman.
With Steve, that’s the first time she’s been on the receiving end of advances from a man. She looks surprised and unsure of herself. A hundred years later, with Bruce, she could not possible look more confident and secure in herself. She trades quips with him and smirks at him. She’s been around men for a century now and there’s nothing for her to be unsure of anymore.
Gal’s performance is perfect. The Diana we see in BvS is a fully formed woman, but in Wonder Woman, we can see her as shy and a fish out of water. That’s a testament to Gal’s performance.
