Fans of the Joker gather at a new nightclub called “The Killing Joke” which is modeled after the deranged clown. The Joker himself is the guest of honor that night. But when he arrives on stage, it is revealed that he is furious and offended that his image is appropriated and is now part of a fad.
So, naturally, he starts killing them all.
