so this mag cover with gucci joker on it. at first glance this just joker holding a ball which obviously represents harley. he’s got her in his clutches blah blah possession and separation from the rest of the balls, the squad. typical. boring. but why choose newton balls specifically for this visual? there’s a lot of ways you could have represented joker’s hold on harley.

for a moment, if you think a little about the newton’s cradle and how they work, it makes this picture a lot more interesting. one ball is pulled back and then released to allow it to collide with the stationary balls and cause a reaction.

joker is holding harley’s ball and i have to assume that he has intentions of releasing it to knock the rest of the squad. now i couldn’t tell you if joker was planning to fuck with the squad or how involved he is with the main plot with the little info we have, but i can tell you that this has me wondering exactly how broken up and estranged joker and harley really are. this cover seems to imply that joker is pulling the strings on SOMETHING, and he’s got harley on his team as an accomplice in his little game
