Now y'all have me thinking about Joker having to overcome the obstacles of being short 

• asking to borrow Harley’s shoes

• makes his thugs get on the ground and form a chair so he can stand on them

• trying to fight Batman but he can’t reach to accurately hit him so he just jumps on him and they end up fighting like Boo and Randall from Monsters Inc.
