lois lane
let’s not forget the real mvp of bvs. lois lane.
the movie starts out with classic lois, “what can i say, i get writer’s block if i’m not wearing flak jacket.” our intrepid reporter facing death head on in pursuit of the truth. we really get to see her investigative journalism skills in action this movie. i mean she figures out the whole thing before anyone else! she was just so woke the whole movie. running around, sleuthing, cornering government officials in bathrooms. being the wonderful little shit she is. never giving up on him when clark has his breakdown. sass mouthing lex luthor in his face. flying directly into the war-zone to help her man. putting herself in between bruce and clark, ultimately stopping the bvs portion of the plot and bringing the two together. she also immediately gets rid of the kryptonite as best she can. then when she realizes they need it, she almost dies to get it back.
and in the end, it was her innate goodness and her love, that is the driving strength to end doomsday.
