i think joker and harley is cool, they’re fun together. but i love to see her independent from him if she’s written correctly (see mainly gotham city sirens & her original solo run). what i don’t like is when people dismiss the fact that she and joker had fun when they together. all you hear about is the abuse, which is important but it’s not everything about their relationship.
as for wanting them separated completely, that’s only for the 52 continuity because it’s absolutely terrible and drastically changed their characters beyond recognition.
