I was toying with this idea that Jeannie survived and J died. She’d wake up in a hospital bed and learn that not only did she lose her baby, but her husband too - after her own electrifying night, he decided to have a deadly acid bath to pay for her hospital bills. Her scar was based on one a friend of mine’s has across her lips, that she got when she tried to plug something after drinking a cup of water.
