seriously! DC's casting have proven way more diverse, ww is israeli, aquaman is hawaiian, cyborg is black, flash is queer (i think that's how he has identified himself), you have the rock as black adam, and rumors to multiple green lanterns, likely john stewart. all on top of suicide squad's wide range within that one movie. so it really sucks to see people dismissing it.

It frustrates me because for so long DC fans have been saying that we want more diversity, but now that we’re actually being presented with diversity in Suicide Squad all people want to do is shit on it. :/

Fair enough if you’re just not interested in the movie, but it makes me mad that so many white Tumblr users claim to be against racism but are so very eager to dismiss the accomplishments of the POC actors/actresses in Suicide Squad all because they don’t like one white guy’s costume and character promo.
