In the opening scene of the Suicide Squad trailer, we see Harley sipping from a cup and reading what appears to be some sort of romance novel. 

After lot’s of searching, someone suggested that it was “Between the Sheets” by Molly O'Keefe. The covers looked the same but I wasn’t sure so I contacted Molly O’Keefe with some questions. First off being “Is that your book?”, followed with “If it is indeed your book, did you know about it appearing in the movie?”, and lastly “Has the appearance of your book contributed to an increase in sales?”. O’Keefe responded with the following.

“It is my book - so thrilling and a total surprise! I had no idea the book was going to be used in the movie. It looks like I have sold a few books thanks to the trailer and the buzz around it. It’s very cool. I’m happy to answer any questions you have!”

I just thought this was a neat little fact to share here. And it seems she’s pretty happy to have her book appear in the movie! It’d be really cool if a lot of Harley fans bought the book. I know I’m going to. I wanna see what she’s reading…
