I had promised her that if she made the comic, I would make a “selfie” picture of Robin and Scarecrow!
So me and hat-and-goggles have had this inside joke for one and a half years now.
The head-canon: Every year on Halloween, the Scarecrow will break out of Arkham Asylum to celebrate the scary holiday. In recent years it’s mostly to get the pumpkin spice lattes he’s grown addicted to. Batman finds this strangely endearing, but does not encourage this behaviour.
