In Arkham City, I don’t think Joker knew that Harley was supposedly pregnant. Because if he did, I’m sure he wouldn’t have shut up about it especially to Batman. Which leads me to wonder why Harley didn’t tell him? Was is because he was sick and she didn’t want to bother him? Was it like that scene in the comics where she had a child and didn’t tell him? Or maybe he did know and didn’t say anything to keep it as an Easter egg. I mean if I remember correctly, there was a crib set up in Harley and Joker’s hideout so I can’t imagine Joker didn’t take notice to that.
