The Wayne Foundation Scholarship or the “One Of Your Parents Is A Supervillain So I’m Going to Pay for Your Education in the Hopes That You Don’t Turn Out Like Them” Scholarship.
Okay but imagine if one or both of your parents is a supervillain, you get money for college. And people know this so they try to take advantage of the system. Right around the time of graduation, you get a bunch of sub-par middle aged villains running around Gotham doing barely any crime, maybe jaywalking.
And when they do it they scream things like “I am the Jaywalker! Fear me! Oh and by the way my son is Johnny Smith on 1234 S. Gotham Lane!!!!” And then the financial aid office has to determine which of these middle aged parents are actual supervillains and which are just trying to put their kid through college for free.
