As someone who is a lover of quality schmaltz like Steven, that’s like one of my most favorite parts of Steven Universe: you can make solid ships from almost any of the adult characters with each other, and each combination has so much potential in its own way, so anything that becomes canon is no prob Bob to me. It is my ultimate shipper nerd paradise!

I’ve always loved Pearlnet but I can also totally see and enjoy Pearlmethyst the same way and see so many ways it all could work, and canonly we get Ruby and Sapphire and delicious implied Prose

Hell Sunshine even made me realize how a crackship like Pearl and Bill Dewey could work and I will sail that too no regrets, just with some secondhand embarrassment
