So, I like Pinkie a lot, right? And I’ve got quite a few ships centered around her.

This obviously means I must choose one and make the others seem like unforgivable assholes so that the one I choose can be her savior, yes?

Okay, honestly, no hate on anybody’s personal headcanon. You do what you like however you like it. But shipping doesn’t have to be a competition. I like PokeyPie, DiscoPie, and CheesePie. I don’t like the idea of having to choose one and then referencing how I used to ship or hate the other by making the previous guy out to be abusive or womanizing, which is what people have been doing with CheesePie regarding PokeyPie and DiscoPie. Again, do what you want with your ships. I really can’t tell you what kind of headcanons to have. But I find making Pinkie to be the damsel in an abusive relationship to be problematic and turning the guys into one dimensional abusers insulting.

So, instead, I’ve adopted the headcanon that Pinkie Pie is polyamorous and gets with all three of them to have adorable children. You think I’m joking. And I was at first. But this a thing I can’t let go of now.
