Sadly, this video is so true. I experienced myself how it feels when someone prefers a screen to your eyes.
I’m not saying the net can’t help meeting nice people: I have some friends I met online, and I value them a lot. Whenever I have the chance, I try to meet them. Sometimes it can be hard, yes, but they are more than just a user going online and offline. They’re more than what’s on the screen, they’re beyond a screen.
Look Up, people. Don’t miss precious things to get more computer time. Real things can be hard to get, yes, and you can’t shut problems or people down like a computer when hard times come, but DANG! Real life can give you so much. Real people can give you so much more. Solving a problem makes you feel stronger, a renovated bond makes you feel richer. Don’t waste chances. Life doesn’t always give you many of them.
