Ok, About all that is happening in USA right now. Please dont get me wrong.
I dont want to read about it here, i have newsletter for that. It brings me great stress and i come to Tumblr to get out of it, not to have more. Rassism is horrible but i dont live in the USA and i dont know how it is to be a previlieged white person.
I live in Ukraine and my country is at war with Russia and it hit my family pretty hard.
I dont remember Tumblr being like this when hundreds protestors were kidnapped, tortured and killed by last ukrainian government last year in Kiev, Ukraine. Not much people cared and when i tried to spread awerness many people unfolowed me saying that it annoys them.
So i am sorry for my words but thats just how i feel.
I wanted to tweak the colors of the outer senshi (+ chibimoon) so that they looked more like a team all their own, keeping a sort of rainbow-like unity that the inner senshi had, without using colors already claimed by them. (to be fair chibimoon and saturn didnt change much haha)
like, as a kid when I was first watching sailor moon s on tv, uranus and neptune’s costumes were almost indistinguishable because they were both such similarly dark colors. and then saturn and pluto were also very dark. WHICH I UNDERSTAND because they are distinctly more adult characters than the inner senshi, uranus and neptune had to match bc forever girlfriends
but still I longed for brighter, more unique colors
so that’s why I drew this the end
