peridot unwinds
while wandering europe, my friends and i stumbled upon a huge cave next to a river! the water was rushing down into it’s pitch black maw. deep below we could hear it thundering, churning, and crashing! we climbed a few meters down and sat on the rocks. the water flooded in around us, the mist leaped from the collapsing streams, soft rays of light from the overcast sky filtered down to us, all wrapped in the gentle howling breeze of the cave. it was beautiful!
