Batman confidential episode 7, Joker and Harley met in a bar, xD that’s a new one but I recommend batman confidential It’s pretty good and the joker’s arc is called “Lovers and madmen” episodes 7-12, really great.

it’s harley’s low key hobby to make joker admit likes being smothered by her.
harley gives joker so much affection on daily basis that it’s made him clingy. she knows this. so some days she ignores him and lets him do his own thing, maybe give him a ‘hi puddin’ here and there but that’s it. and joker, who has been conditioned to receive tons of affection, notices and eventually demand hugs and kisses from her.
