Got an Uber home from the bar. Riddler was driving. Apparently his answer to why was “Well we can’t all have Batman’s money. Some of us have rent to pay.” Too true my man. #onlyingotham #tippedhima20 #bestuberdriverever #Excepthekeptaskingmeriddles
I simply don’t understand the people that say that harley needs to get away from the joker to find her true self and to become strong and independent. It just shows how much they don’t understand her character. If you think about it, Harley found her true self when she met the joker. Her character isn’t exactly independent as in she want to be on her own, the joker is who she lives for. He is her life. She can be independent as in she can defend herself physically, and she can be abusive. And she is strong because she knows what she wants and goes after it. She wanted to work with extreme personalities, she went to work in Arkham. She wanted the Joker, she got him. But her story isn’t exactly full of flowers and rainbows. Her relationship with the Joker is unhealthy. But we are talking about two insane, crazy as fuck, villains. Do you really their relationship is going to be healthy? Her story is supposed to be tragic. Thats the part people seem to forget. Harley Quinn is such a beautifully wonderful and complex character with a fascinating story, and I understand people care about her and want everything to be ok for her, but for people to discard all that and try to make everything for her all nice and tied up in a bow is an insult to her character. Harley Quinn would not be Harley Quinn without the Joker.
FUCKING THIS GOD BLESS
something something no one would watch female-led superhero media
Also I believe I09 confirmed it’s the biggest premiere for a Superhero show ever!
