..I imagine this is how Jason talked them into joining forces?
Bruce Wayne as a first time parent being incredibly over protective. He holds Dick’s hand every time they cross the street. He buys the kid a ridiculous amount of toys which Dick doesn’t even need. He freaks out over every bump and bruises Dick acquires (and trust me there’s a lot) and is constantly consulting parenting books and other adults for advice.
Bruce Wayne as a second time parent getting frustrated and concerned when Jason behaves differently than Dick. He thought he had this dad thing down but Jason is changing it up. He’s toned down the obsessive need to buy his kid things but he still checks out every scraped knee and is seen angrily flipping through a worn old child care book about how to get your 12 year old to quit smoking.
Bruce Wayne as a third time parent is exhausted dealing with all of these boys. It’s lucky for him Tim is a pretty easy going teen. Bruce doesn’t hold Tim’s hand nor has he purchased one toy for the kid but he does like to ruffle Tim’s hair and listen to the boy talk about his hobbies. He has settled into his role as a mentor and sort of father. He has had his fill of raising children. No more after this.
Bruce Wayne as a fourth time parent does not know anything about dealing with girls, especially traumatized, assassin girls who requires extra care. But he works at it, again, he finds himself seeking advice for dealing with disabled kids. Kids are hard, why is he doing this again? He treats his girl with care, giving her the attention she deserves but he doesn’t panic anymore. Not only can his daughter take anything life throws at her, Bruce has learned from the others.
Bruce Wayne as a fifth time parent has seen it all. There is nothing any of his children can do that surprises him anymore. Come back from the dead? seen it three times. Fly? Damian come down and eat breakfast already. Bruce’s resting bitchface game is so strong, it is said that children within a 3 mile radius will stop and feel ashamed out of nowhere. He achieved the ultimate level of dadness. He has taken care of five rambunctious children, the villains of Gotham can’t compare to that uphill battle. The childcare book was last seen in the trash with several pages torn out in anger.
